UPDATE: 10/24/12WE'RE MAD AS HELL AND WE ARE NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANYMORE!
We all know how #Apple announced on Tuesday October 24, 2012 the release of the NEXT GENERATION of the #iPad 4 just some 5 or 6 months after the "New" iPad 3 was released. This has set the Apple community ablaze with anger and looking for the heads of all in Cupertino!
Now word is spreading that Apple just may exchange you Old "NEW", greatest, best, most incredible but unfortunately already obsolete iPad 3 for a NOW REALLY "NEW' iPad 4. Cnet is reporting that at least one Apple Store
-- on Stockton Street in San Francisco -- will take back your third
generation iPads bought in the last 30 days provided that it show no serious signs
of wear and tear.
Normally, the Apple return policy gives consumers just four days to return their iPads, so this should help some people.
However,
the Stockton Street store's manager said that this policy applies only to
her store, according to CNET. Other angry consumers will have to call their local
stores to find out if they'll be able to receive the same accommodation.
Does Cupertino have a heart and will this be the trend to try to stem the anger that has now fallen over "Apple Land?"
So today once again #Apple held another event this time in SAN JOSE, Calif.
As we all held our collective technology breaths in great anticipation to what magnificent "NEW" devices, upgrades and general Tech "STUFF" they would announce to add Billion's more to there coffers we ALL got the shock of our lives and some a BIG pain and slap in the face as well.

But the shocker for all came with the #iPad. Tim Cook and Philip Schiller announced the 4th generation iPad. Yes that's right it was only 6-months ago that Apple unveiled the "New" Next not the iPad 2 for all to run out and buy. Now if you did you now have an old, new, last generation #iPad that when quantities are all sold will NOT be made anymore and will go the way of the dinosaur!
Once again #Apple demonstrates it's total disregard for it's consumers and always falls back on the "GREED" of 'Lets make as much money off the general public as we can cause there just stupid and will run out and buy anything with an #Apple logo on it!'
If your interested in giving Apple more of your money, here is the Specs on iPad (fourth generation):

But lest compare the "mini" with others in the market like the Google Nexus 7 and the Kindle Fire HD:
* 8.9-inch version also available, with a 1920×1200-pixel resolution.
So is this more Apple GREED or something better then it's competition. It's much more expensive then others in the market for sure. I for one believe this is basicallya ROTTENApple!
Up to you. Run out and get one or wait maybe this time 3-months for something newer, FASTER, BETTER!
I have watched ALL of the debates so far. And it's TOUGH!! There a a LOT of sporting events on to watch also!!!
So in my opinion tonight's, Monday October 22, 2012 debate will be the "Tie Breaker" deciding factor in the "Race For The White House!"
Lets go over the score card and highlights of what has transpired before......
Round 1
October 3, 2012 - 1st Presidential DebateUniversity of Denver in Denver, Colorado: Topic: Domestic policy Moderator:Jim Lehrer (Host of NewsHour on PBS)
The excitement and anticipation was overwhelming as this first debate, moved to Wednesday so as not to conflict with the opening of the NFL season game between the Dallas Cowboys and the New York/New Jersey Giants. BIG D WON,was here and both candidates seemed ready!
THOUGHT'S: This will be known as the #BigBIrd Debate,President Obama's anniversary and the moderator doing a TERRIBLE job.
Romney: "What things would I cut from spending? Well, first of all, I will
eliminate all programs by this test, if they don't pass it: Is the
program so critical it's worth borrowing money from China to pay for it?
And if not, I'll get rid of it. Obamacare's on my list. ... I'm sorry,
Jim, I'm going to stop the subsidy to PBS. I'm going to stop other
things. I like PBS, I love Big Bird. Actually like you, too. But I'm not
going to -- I'm not going to keep on spending money on things to borrow
money from China to pay for. That's number one."
Mitt Romney came out on the attack and President Obama just sat there and slept. He was like a Football team that had a BIG lead and was playing a prevent defense trying not to lose. BIG MISTAKE!!!
The Romney expectations were low so even a better then average performance would be deemed a victory but Mitt did better then that. Mitt took total control even walking all over Jim ignoring and talking over his directions as he attacked ATTACKED AND ATTACKED!! Obama, who just calmly sat there and really did very little in his defense or offense!
RESULT: ALL would agree except my Brother-in-Law, goes big to Mitt Romney!

ROUND 2 October 11, 2012 Vice Presidential Debate - Centre College in Danville, Kentucky Topic: Foreign and domestic policy Moderator: Martha Raddatz (ABC News Chief Foreign Correspondent)
The one and only Vice Presidential debate pitted the very experienced Vice President Joe Biden with almost 40 years in public office against the less experienced Congressman Paul Ryan with only 14 years in public office and it showed big time!
Before hand the big talk was about the moderator, Martha Raddatz, and her connection to Barack
Obama. Conservative media outlets cried foul after reporting that
Obama was a guest at Raddatz's wedding to her first husband Julius
Genachowski, his classmate at Harvard Law, in the early 1990s.
To me a none issue, she did a OK job as moderator but again the candidates just talked over her and try to do what they wanted, she was forceful but in truth the stakes were high for Biden as he had to step up and rescue the poor, weak performance of Obama as noted in a quote from Paul Ryan, "Mr. Vice President, I know you're under a lot of duress to make up for lost ground."
This debate will be known as the "Smiling Joe, Biden calling Rep. Ryan "My Friend", and the UTTER inexperience of Paul Ryan and boy did it show.
One of the night's most memorable lines came during a discussion of
tax policy. Ryan insisted that Mitt Romney could make good on his
promises to lower tax rates without increasing the deficit.
"Not
mathematically possible," Joe Biden quipped. "It is mathematically
possible,"said Ryan who insisted. "Jack Kennedy lowered taxes and raised
revenue." Biden quickly shot back, "Oh, now you're Jack Kennedy?" That
line evoked memories of the famous moment in the 1988 vice presidential
debate in which Lloyd Bentsen schooled Dan Quayle. After Quayle brought
up JFK, Bentsen replied: "Senator, I served with Jack Kennedy, I knew
Jack Kennedy, Jack Kennedy was a friend of mine. Senator, you're no
Jack Kennedy."
RESULT: BIG win for Vice President Joe Biden as the inexperience of Paul Ryan was to much to overcome from him. But I wish Joe would have smiled and laughed a little less.

ROUND 3
October 16, 2012 - 2nd Presidential Debate - Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York Topic: Town meeting format including foreign and domestic policy Moderator: Candy Crowley (CNN Chief Political Correspondent)
Great anticipation for this was can Obama change styles and get back what he lost in the first debate as well as dropping in the polls as the race for the White Housee was a tie or showing Obama slightly ahead.
IT WAS A STREET FIGHT! ONE OF THE BEST DEBATES I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!
The town meeting style was quietlythrown out the window as Mitt Romney attacked AGAIN and AGAIN! Even at one time both candidates were face to face yelling back and forth at one another as the moderator just sat there and did nothing to restore order.
It was a bizarre mix of testosterone, lies, and silly anecdotes, with
moderator Candy Crowley of CNN presiding over the melee like Eagle quarterback Michael
Vick at a dogfight.
Obama did change up and went into ATTACK mode himself taking the advantage even catching Romney in a lie on theBenghazi Attack in Libya as to when the President called it a "Terrorist" attack. Even the moderator jumped on Mitt's lie.
Here's the choice quote, from the end of Obama's speech the next day in the Rose Garden::
No acts of terror will ever shake the resolve of this great nation,
alter that character, or eclipse the light of the values that we stand
for. Today we mourn four more Americans who represent the very best of
the United States of America. We will not waver in our commitment to
see that justice is done for this terrible act. And make no mistake,
justice will be done.
President Obama's full transcript of his Rose Garden Speech
But again the public horned in on Mitt Romney's "Binders Full of Women!"quote.
Undecided voter Katherine Fenton asked Obama: “In what new ways do you
intend to rectify the inequalities in the workplace, specifically
regarding females making only 72 percent of what their male counterparts
earn?”
Obama responded by mentioning the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act—the first piece of legislation he signed into law.
BUT then it was Mitt's turn. The businessman and former governor of Massachusetts said he “learned a
great deal” about gender pay inequality while building his cabinet.
“And I—and I went to my staff, and I said, ‘How come all the people for
these jobs are—are all men.’ They said: ‘Well, these are the people that
have the qualifications.’ And I said: ‘Well, gosh, can't we—can't we
find some—some women that are also qualified?’ And—and so we—we took a
concerted effort to go out and find women who had backgrounds that could
be qualified to become members of our cabinet. I went to a number of
women's groups and said: ‘Can you help us find folks,’ and they brought
us whole binders full of women.”
"BINDERS FULL OF WOMEN!"
RESULT: That's all you need to know about this second Presidential debate. A BIG win for Obama and a GREAT show for all of us.

ROUND 4:
October 22, 2012 - 3rd and FINAL Presidential Debate - Lynn University in Boca Raton, FloridaTopic: Foreign policy Moderator: Bob Schieffer (Host of Face the Nation on CBS)
I expect a Fiery debate. I believe both candidates will come out and ATTACK and fight each other's remarks and statements at every chance. It's about Foreign policy but don't be surprised if domestic issues come up as well.
Here are questions and answers about the final debate, beginning 9 p.m. EDT and lasting until about 10:30 p.m. Q. Who gets the first and last word?
A. Romney gets the first response to the opening question and the last closing statement. Q. Wait a minute. Isn't that unfair?
A. No. The order was decided by separate coin tosses. Q. Foreign policy can be complicated. Will there be enough time to dig deep into the issues?
A.
Yes. The moderator has planned for six 15-minute segments. Each segment
begins with a question, followed by two-minute responses for each
candidate and discussion facilitated by the moderator. Q. Who chooses the questions and the topics?
A. The moderator, Bob Schieffer of CBS News. Q. What are the topics for the six segments?
A.
America's role in the world; our longest war, Afghanistan and Pakistan;
red lines and Israel and Iran; two segments on the changing Middle East
and the new face of terrorism; the rise of China and tomorrow's world.
The topics may come up in a different order and could change as
warranted by breaking news. Q. Where will the debate be held?
A. In Florida, one of the key battleground states, at Lynn University's theater in Boca Raton. Q. Obama and Romney did a lot of walking around in the last debate, even circling each other. Will we see that again?
A.
No. That was for the town-hall format. The candidates will be seated at
the now-familiar, half-moon table owned by the Commission on
Presidential Debates. Q. How many people are watching the debates on television?
A.
An estimated 65.6 million viewers watched the second presidential
debate on Oct. 16, according to the Nielsen Co. Some 67 million people
watched the first debate on Oct. 3. Q. Is that the total number of debate viewers?
A. No. It doesn't count people watching on the Internet.
